You may listen to your recorded name below and fill out the "Request an Update" form if necessary. You don't have to register to request an update, but once you're done with the forms below, we'd appreciate it if you could create an account while you're here by clicking "Register" in the menu bar. This will allow us to keep in touch about alumni events after you graduate.

Student ID Number
Your ten-digit OCPS Student ID number can be found on your ID card. If you don't have your ID card and can't remember your ID number, please contact the Guidance Office.
Full Legal Name
Please include your full legal name, including middle name if applicable. Because graduation is a formal event, we cannot honor requests to use nicknames or abbreviations.
Please spell your name phonetically and include any other information that will help us pronounce it correctly. Write the stressed syllable in all capital letters, and type a hyphen between each syllable. You may also include rhyming words.
Example: MARK KEN-neth BAR-chee (rhymes with Archie)
